Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone.
  • Making appointments.
  • Advertising.
  • Taking payments.
  • Taking before and after pictures.
  • Sales support and customer service.
  • Keeping up to date on products and stock availability.
  • Social media updates and company website.
  • Offering advice and support to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Good timekeeping.
  • Computer skills.
  • Working together as a team.
  • Appointment making on the system.
  • Working independently.
  • Organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written English & telephone manner).
  • Good literacy skills (you will be responding to emails & Live Chat).
  • Intermediate IT Skills & basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • Confident to talk face to face and over the phone with customers.

Further Information

The Employer is: CENTRAL HAIR STUDIO. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
