- Answering the phone.

- Taking payments.
- Taking before and after pictures.
- Sales support and customer service.
- Keeping up to date on products and stock availability.
- Social media updates and company website.
- Offering advice and support to customers.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good timekeeping.
- Computer skills.
- Working together as a team.
- Appointment making on the system.
- Working independently.
- Organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written English & telephone manner).
- Good literacy skills (you will be responding to emails & Live Chat).
- Intermediate IT Skills & basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
- Confident to talk face to face and over the phone with customers.
Further Information
The Employer is: CENTRAL HAIR STUDIO. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
