We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Officer to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in client relations and support senior staff. The Trainee Client Support Officer will work closely with our experienced team members to assist in providing excellent service to our clients. .

Responsibilities

  • Client Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses via phone, email.
  • Client Management To maintain and update clients records based on work completed, using Microsoft Packages and Google Workplace.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Attend meetings with other team members. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Support Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support to clients, including assisting with project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for sales.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of consulting services, industry trends, and best practices in client support.

  • Issue Resolution: Assist clients with resolving issues or concerns by liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

  • Support Team Collaboration: Collaborate with consultants and other team members to provide comprehensive support to clients, including assisting with project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of consulting services, industry trends, and best practices in client support.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Communication skills. Able to interact with clients and conveying information clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Interpersonal skills. Able to establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues is essential. This includes empathy, active listening, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Organisational skills. Necessary for managing client inquiries, documentation, and follow-up tasks efficiently. This includes prioritising tasks, managing time effectively, and maintaining accurate records.
  • IT Skills. Ability to use different IT platforms.
  • Writing skills.: This is essential for client communications, documentation, and data entry, which is critical for maintaining and upholding the company's reputation.
  • Professional.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Developing and honing these skills through training, practice, and experience will enable the staff member to excel in their role.
  • Able to identify problems and report them to management.

Desirable Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working in an office environment.

Further Information

The Employer is: PITCH. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
