Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of clinical pharmacy input, as part of the multi-disciplinary team
- Work as a specialist Clinical Pharmacist developing and providing a high level of Clinical Pharmacy Services to the Intensive Care and Theatres sub-directorate
- Lead, manage and co-ordinate a team of pharmacists working within their team
- Advise and support the multi-professional teams within ICU and Theatres on all matters relating to pharmacy and medicines management
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- MPharm or equivalent and registered with or eligible to register with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI)
- 5 years post registration experience including 3 years in hospital of which 2 years must be at band 7 or above
Desirable Skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
