Choice Services, the in-house service delivery organisation within Choice Housing, are looking to appoint a Window Fitter/Multi-Skilled Engineer to undertake replacement of external windows and doors, minor response maintenance, change of tenancy, multi-trade and project works. This will include responsibilities to deliver excellent customer service..

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Trades background with evidence of fitting UPVC, Wood and Metal windows and doors.
• Must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services.
• A Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in window / composite door fitting.
• Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service.
• Must be available for Out of Hours Call-Out Rota.
• Able to use a PDA/smartphone/mobile working device.
• Current valid UK driving licence.
• Confident in working at height.

Desirable Skills

• Relevant experience in the social housing sector.
• A valid CSR Card.
• Experience in carrying out Multi-Trade works.
