Brewery Taproom & Pizzeria Assistant
Job description
Assiting in the making of pizza dough for Brewery Taproom on a weekday, and assisting preparation & serving pizzas and beer in the Taproom on Saturday evenings.
Responsibilities
- Taking Food orders from customers
- Operating Till system and handling money
- Assisting in sourdough pizza production
- Ensuring Food Hygiene preparation procedures are observed
- Ingredient stock control
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good Communication & Teamworking skills
Desirable Skills
- Food Hygiene Certificate (training will be provided if required)
