Brewery Taproom & Pizzeria Assistant


Job description

Assiting in the making of pizza dough for Brewery Taproom on a weekday, and assisting preparation & serving pizzas and beer in the Taproom on Saturday evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Taking Food orders from customers
  • Operating Till system and handling money
  • Assisting in sourdough pizza production
  • Ensuring Food Hygiene preparation procedures are observed
  • Ingredient stock control

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Good Communication & Teamworking skills

Desirable Skills

  • Food Hygiene Certificate (training will be provided if required)
  • Previous bar experience
