Job description
Choice Services is seeking to appoint a Commercial Admin to process works orders data including purchase orders, invoicing from works complete to financial completion of all works to include reports and keeping files/data up to date. Responsibilities
- To issue/reconcile purchase orders to sub-contractors and suppliers
- To ensure all records are kept up to date for procurement, processing of materials, stock and use of sub-contractors
- To utilise the systems to assist with all task/work orders are up to date with accurate information.
- Liaise with relevant Choice organisation staff to ensure compliance with all processes
- To ensure all records, filing and tracker reports are kept up to date
- To utilise the reporting functionality of Choice Management Information Systems to improve performance
- To assist with monthly reports on performance and issues arising
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- General financial awareness and ability to process orders to final commercial closure
- Ability to use IT/database systems and keep task order records up to date
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own
- Evidence of delivering high levels of commercial service in financial environment
- Evidence of administrative skills
Desirable Skills
- A general knowledge of building maintenance, property or building services terminology
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the property, housing, maintenance, construction, commercial or services industry
