Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• City & Guilds Level 1 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering or equivalent. Experience necessary.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve lunch and dinner whilst being able to respond in a flexible, creative and supportive way to the needs of customers.
• Satisfactory pre-employment checks will be conducted via Access NI
• Excellent working knowledge of food safety, allergen and hygiene standards.
