Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage spare parts orders from point of order to packing and dispatch
• Maintain all open warranty cases
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
• Update and maintain accurate stock records
• Collaborate with purchasing and workshop teams
• Implement efficient stock control procedures

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a similar admin/customer support environment
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
• Strong communicator
• Team player
