Randox Laboratories currently have an opening available for the position of Cleaner based at our Firfields and Ardmore sites just outside Crumlin, Co. Antrim. Within this position you will liaise with the facilities admin team to ensure that areas to be cleaned are identified, kept clean, and any issues in the area are reported. You will be required to clean communal, administrative, and laboratory spaces, along with over 2 stories of buildings. This role will involve cleaning both our Firfields and Ardmore sites during the shift. The working hours would be: - Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20. These may be subject to change but will be discussed with you in advance..

Responsibilities

• To keep all areas clean and tidy in accordance with standard operating procedures and company schedules.
• To liaise with the relevant manager or supervisor regarding any problems which are encountered during the cleaning process.
• To ensure that all cleaning records are kept up to date on a weekly basis.
• To ensure that all company property is looked after, and no damage is caused during the cleaning process.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work off their own initiative.
• Ability to coordinate with other cleaners on sites.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Driving licence and own vehicle as travel between sites will be required.

Desirable Skills

• Use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Work, and Excel.
