We are currently recruiting for Industrial Cleaning Operatives throughout the greater Belfast Area. The ideal candidate flexible with a can do attitude, self motivated with an ability to work independently or as part of a team. All candidates must have basic reading, writing and listening skills to assist in the understanding safety and work instructions and also to ensure an ability to communicate clearly with customers on a day to day basis. Whilst cleaning experience is preferrable, it is not essential as full training will be given..

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Cleaning interior and exterior surfaces, high level cleaning
• Clean floors, power washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, litter pick
• General labouring duties, including preparation of properties following fit out works

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• This job may require some heavy lifting so requires the candidate to be physically able to meet demands
• Flexible in terms of days and hours worked

Desirable Skills

• Cleaning experience desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
• CSR CARD whilst desirable paid training for this qualification can be provided IPAF Trained, whilst desirable, paid training for this qualification can be provided Previous experience working in an industrial cleaning environment Full driving license
• Previous experience desirable
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and on own initiative
