We are currently recruiting for Cleaning Operatives for the Warrenpoint area. The ideal candidate flexible with a can do attitude, self motivated with an ability to work independently or as part of a team. All candidates must have basic reading, writing and listening skills to assist in the understanding safety and work instructions and also to ensure an ability to communicate clearly with customers on a day to day basis. Whilst cleaning experience is preferrable, it is not essential as full training will be given..

Responsibilities

• The cleaning of all areas of the building including office space, communal areas, stairwells, walkways, kitchens and washrooms ensuring all areas are cleaned to the required standards and standards are maintained at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Access to a car or transport to ensure ability to be on site for shift times

Desirable Skills

• Previous cleaning experience whilst desirable is not essential as full training will be given
• Ability to multitask and work on own initiative
