Job description

Casual workers required for Carryduff Play Care Centre, caring for 4 to 12 year old children. Duties include, supervising art & craft activities and games.

Responsibilities

• To work as part of the childcare team within the centre providing a stimulating and quality learning environment for children.
• To play a full and participative role in children’s mealtimes and breaks.
• To ensure a good standard of hygiene at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Ability to use initiative.

Desirable Skills

• QCF/NVQ Level 2 in CCLD or equivalent. Paediatric First Aid. Safeguarding.
