Personal / Team Secretary - Crisis Response Team. One Personal / Team Secretary is urgently needed for Holywell Hospital's Crisis Response Team. Within this position you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support, alongside minute taking. This is a full-time, temporary position, lasting 3 months with the potential of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Inputting and retrieving data within IT systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintaining and updating manual records and filing systems.
  • Professionally handle incoming calls, direct queries, and take accurate messages.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action points, if needed.
  • Support team members with the preparation and distribution of reports and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient information flow.
  • Manage stationery and office supply inventory, placing orders when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 4 GCSEs (A-C) including English (or equivalent qualification).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • 3 months of admin experience.
  • Minute taking experience.
