About the role: £12.21 per hour Monday to Friday 24 hours a week 1-Year fixed-term contract Enhanced Access NI check will be required Your role really will positively impact your local community. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional candidate to be the first point of contact. This role is essential in supporting the smooth day-to-day running, which provides care and support for children and vulnerable adults. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a respectful and confidential approach, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks in a sensitive environment

Responsibilities

  • General office duties including typing and proofing documents, dealing with telephone calls and emails, taking minutes, data inputting etc.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Assist with organising and management of both internal and external events.
  • Assist with the preparation of funding applications and monitoring returns.
  • Attend line management meetings and engage in review processes.
  • Assist colleagues with reception cover and other administration tasks as may be required from time to time or to cover leave periods.
  • Responsibility for all own administration and time management to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets and deadlines are met.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 5 GCSE’s to include English and Maths (Minimum grade C or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years’ proven admin/secretarial experience in a busy office environment.
  • Passionate / dedicated to improving mental health in Northern Ireland.
  • Previous experience in a similar role ie senior administrator, Personal Assistant or sales & marketing administrator.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Comprehensive IT skills.
