This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a preschool, ensuring high standards of care and education for young children. Responsibilities

• Working in partnership with and supporting the Deputy Leader to ensure the daily running and administration of the pre-school.
• Planning and implementing activities.
• Managing staff.
• Maintaining effective communication with parents.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Level 5 Childcare and Education.
• Excellent working knowledge of Curricular Guidance for Preschool Education, Department of Education for Northern Ireland.
• Knowledge and experience of Minimum Standards.
