We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Office Assistant for our charity office in the Park Centre Belfast. This role will be working 12 hours per week, days flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone, email and face to face enquiries.
  • Other general office admin duties.
  • Appointment making.
  • Assisting with fundraising.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous office experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to answer the telephone in a professional manner.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous charity experience, particularly in connection with breast cancer.

Further Information

Pretty n Pink is the Breast Cancer Charity for NI and was founded in 2006 by a Breast Cancer patient. The Charity provides financial help and other support services for Breast Cancer patients and their families in NI. In 2020 the Charity launched its first Information & Support Hub to provide additional support services including Counselling and Complementary Therapies. The Charity pride themselves on providing invaluable support to those with a Breast Cancer diagnosis and the personal experience of staff and volunteers to excel in the services they provide. As a charity, we strive where possible to have former / breast cancer patients at the heart of the charity.
