Job description
Maternity Leave cover Office Administrator based in Banbridge. You will be reporting to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with site staff and clients.
- Provide clerical support to the Construction team including typing, word processing, photocopying, data-entry, filing, preparing documentation for completions, ordering services for sites & invoicing.
- Efficiently and professionally handle incoming telephone calls.
- Maintain communication with site staff regarding works and materials.
- Order materials as required.
- Schedule client appointments effectively.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely updates for clients.
- Perform fast and accurate data entry.
- Keep data up to date and easily accessible.
- Manage electronic filing, scanning, and mail responsibilities.
- Address any client correspondence as necessary.
- Undertake any other duties that will be assigned from the Site Foreman or Office Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Exemplary communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in office administration or construction.
- Ability to use initiative and meet tight deadlines.
