Job description

Maternity Leave cover Office Administrator based in Banbridge. You will be reporting to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain communication with site staff and clients.
  • Provide clerical support to the Construction team including typing, word processing, photocopying, data-entry, filing, preparing documentation for completions, ordering services for sites & invoicing.
  • Efficiently and professionally handle incoming telephone calls.
  • Maintain communication with site staff regarding works and materials.
  • Order materials as required.
  • Schedule client appointments effectively.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely updates for clients.
  • Perform fast and accurate data entry.
  • Keep data up to date and easily accessible.
  • Manage electronic filing, scanning, and mail responsibilities.
  • Address any client correspondence as necessary.
  • Undertake any other duties that will be assigned from the Site Foreman or Office Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in office administration or construction.
  • Ability to use initiative and meet tight deadlines.
