About Us The Tailors House is a vibrant and welcoming venue known for delivering top-quality food, exceptional service, and a warm hospitality experience. We're looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain a professional and positive atmosphere.
• Manage staff rotas, scheduling, and payroll in coordination with HR/owners.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to coordinate service and maintain quality.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage supplier relationships.
• Implement and maintain health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and event planning to increase footfall and revenue.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
