We are recruiting for a Part Time Telesales Sales Support Administrator. Hours are flexible, can be 20 to 30 hours. Must be happy making calls to existing customers and able to upate orders using excel. This Food Services Company specialises in providing high quality food products to chip shops and takeaways throughout Northern Ireland. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This job is Monday to Friday 10 am to 4pm, however, they can offer more hours if candidates prefer. They are a dynamic and growing company and are looking for a Part Time Sales Support Administrator to join their supportive and friendly team. If you are organised, and enjoy speaking with customers, this could be the perfect role for you. This is a dual role involving both telesales and administrative support. Approximately 60 per cent of your time will be spent taking customer orders by phone, with the remaining 40 per cent focused on up-selling to existing customers and providing general admin support to our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibilities will include managing office tasks, updating customer orders on their computer systems, and maintaining efficient communication channels within the company and with customers on the telephone.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Build rapport with existing customers and promote additional products/services.
  • Update and maintain customer orders accurately on the computer systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure all documentation is kept up to date.
  • Assist with other office duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous sales or telesale experience over the phone.
  • Able to update customer orders in to Excel.
  • Previous experience upselling on the phone to customers as well as taking customers orders preferred.

Desirable Skills

  • Administration skills.

Further Information

Salary: £25,000 per annum, pro rata.
