Job description

This reputable construction and property developer are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager with a background in construction, engineering, or property management to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate a diverse range of projects within the North West region. Your role will involve liaising with various teams, from on-site staff to architects, ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and financial summaries to senior management
• Foster positive working relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Implement best practices in project management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 4/5 years proven track experience as a Project Manager in construction, engineering, or property sectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

• Construction knowledge & experience.
