Job description

Administrator based in Maghery.

Responsibilities

  • Handling HR, recruitment, payroll, and finance.
  • Recording and monitoring staff annual leave, sickness, and other trackers.
  • Processing pre-admission, admission, and discharge documents.
  • Following up on potential new resident enquiries.
  • Preparing contracts and invoices for new residents.
  • Processing fees.
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of home care staff.
  • Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures to comply with regulations.
  • Managing customer experience elements.
  • Supervising junior members of the administration team.
  • Recording and monitoring staff leave and sickness.
  • Processing pre-admission, admission, and discharge documents.
  • Responding to inquiries from residents, relatives, and the general public.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Providing administrative support to the Care Home Manager.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone inquiries.
