Administrator based in Maghery.
Responsibilities
- Handling HR, recruitment, payroll, and finance.
- Recording and monitoring staff annual leave, sickness, and other trackers.
- Processing pre-admission, admission, and discharge documents.
- Following up on potential new resident enquiries.
- Preparing contracts and invoices for new residents.
- Processing fees.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of home care staff.
- Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures to comply with regulations.
- Managing customer experience elements.
- Supervising junior members of the administration team.
- Recording and monitoring staff leave and sickness.
- Processing pre-admission, admission, and discharge documents.
- Responding to inquiries from residents, relatives, and the general public.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Providing administrative support to the Care Home Manager.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone inquiries.
