We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a Beauty Trainee. This is a hands-on learning opportunity perfect for someone starting their journey in the beauty industry. You’ll gain real salon experience, observe professional treatments, and support day-to-day operations while building confidence and skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced beauty therapists and technicians.
• Assist with treatment preparation and room setup.
• Welcome clients and provide excellent customer care.
• Help maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional workspace.
• Learn about skincare, brows, lashes, and other beauty treatments.
• Receive ongoing support, mentoring, and training.
• Progress towards offering services under supervision.
• Building a client base.
• Keeping salon clean.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Willing to learn and take direction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organised and good at time keeping.
• Studying beauty or recently qualified.

Desirable Skills

• Either studying beauty or recently qualified (Level 2 or 3 ideal but not essential).
