Job description

NW Care is a family owned domiciliary care agency and we are recruiting community care workers for Fivemiletown.  We have morning rotas available - 07:00 - 14:30.  No experience or qualifications required as NW Care will provide full training in their in-house training academy. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You must hold a full driving licence and have use of a vehicle. No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person cantered care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.

Desirable Skills

• Previous paid caring experience.
