NWCare is a family owned domiciliary care agency and we are recruiting community care workers for Rosslea.  We have morning rotas available - 07:00 - 14:30.  No experience or qualifications required as NWCare will provide full training in their in-house training academy.

• General tidy round leaving all areas clean and safe

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.
• Organisational skills.
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.
• Care about the community they live in.

Desirable Skills

• QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above.
• Previous paid caring experience.

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided.
