NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency serving the community in Northern Ireland for over 50 years. Due to expansion of service, we are now recruiting staff for morning and afternoon rotas in Portstewart.  Morning rota begins at 07:00 - 14:30 and afternoon from 15:00 - 18:30 and evening rotas from 19:00 - 23:00 Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced Access NI certificate. We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person cantered care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.
• Organisational skills.

Desirable Skills

• QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care.
• Previous paid experience.
