  • Main duties will comprise the integrated areas of housing advice and assistance, (including housing benefit, accounts and arrears advice and assistance), tenancy sustainment, homeless prevention, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Hold a degree (Level 6) or equivalent and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer support environment.
