Responsibilities

• Cleaning of premises
• Preparing for meetings and functions
• Confident carrying out key holder duties and securing premises
• Welcoming and directing visitors within the Town Hall/Civic Centre complex to the appropriate venue
• Organise and prepare for ceremonial occasions and Council ceremonies
• Prepare and clean rooms for meetings/events

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months experience in cleaning and security in an industrial, commercial or public building setting
• Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions in English language and converse with the general public

About the role: £12.85 per hour Location: Larne Town Hall, Sir Thomas Dixon Building, Carnegie Building, Larne Market Yard, Larne Cemetery Toilets and Council Depots Curran Road & Victoria Road, Larne. 37 hrs per week - Monday to Thursday 10.00am to 6.00pm, Friday 10.30am to 6.00pm Public Sector Temporary ongoing role
