Job description

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customer base. In addition to dealing directly with customers, the Customer Service Executive will play a key role in supporting our GB Sales team with various administrative duties. The role would suit a recent graduate who is keen to gain business experience within the construction sector.

Responsibilities

• The following reflect the main tasks associated with the position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive.
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Update internal IT systems to reflect customer orders (full training provided).
• Provide administrative support to GB sales team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• The applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• The applicant should have the ability to work well with others and independently.
• Good communication skills when using phone and email as a means of communication with customers.
