Project Coordinator (AutoCAD) - Magherafelt - Permanent. On behalf of our client we seeking a Drainage Specials Coordinator to join their Technical Department in the Mid Ulster area. The successful candidate will be involved from enquiries to deliveries of precast concrete products, generally associated with civil engineering projects. Responsibilities

  • Reading and interpreting customer drawings, producing a breakdown of the materials required.
  • Pricing bespoke products & creating quotations.
  • Processing & breaking down customer orders
  • Co-ordinating projects and maintaining project records.
  • Producing all relevant documentation & drawings for production team & customers
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and colleagues.
  • Ordering various products relating to customer orders
  • Calling off products for delivery
  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of their work.
  • Organising & prioritising projects based on customer requirements
  • Providing technical support and advice for customers and contractors
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • English & Maths equivalent to Grade C or above.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage a number of tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work on own initiative but understand level of responsibility within the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of people including clients, contractors & consultants.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Be a highly motivated individual with initiative, self-confidence, with the drive and ability to work under their own direction or within a team of professionals.
  • Be keen to develop their individual capability and career development.

Further Information

About the role: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum. Monday to Friday. Contributory pension scheme. £500 Refer a Friend Scheme, payable to both new and referring employee. Employee Assistance Programme.
