Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Genuine interest in working within a caring environment. Ability to communicate affectively at all levels.
• Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes.
• Satisfactory Access NI check against the POVA list.

Desirable Skills

• Relevant Vocational Qualification (achieved/working towards).
• Experience of working with the relevant client group.
