Responsibilities

• Cooking a wide range of food to a high standard.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
• Complete hygiene records.
• Dealing with suppliers and ordering stock as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 3 years experience of working in a busy kitchen environment.
• Good presentation skills.

Desirable Skills

• Food hygiene qualification.
