Job description
Ability to carry out duties to ensure that kitchen is always in a good clean condition.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes and cooking utensils.
- Ensure sink area is left in clean condition at the end of each shift.
- Wash floor.
- Put away food items.
- Carry out tasks when ask to do so by chef.
- Empty food bin when needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 6 months experience of working in a busy kitchen
Desirable Skills
- Basic food hygiene certificate.
