Customer Service Sales Advisor - Maysfield On Site, Belfast. If you’re a friendly communicator who loves connecting with people and asking questions, you might be just the person we’re looking for to join our Team here at Concentrix, where we’ll provide you all the training you need to help customers enhance their digital lives.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport.
• Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer management.
• Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals.
• Ensuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers.
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services in order to maximise opportunity to retain.
• Following all appropriate FSA regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Computer Literacy.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
