Nursing and Caring Direct are a top tier supplier of staff (Nursing Auxiliary) to Health trusts across Northern Ireland. Nursing and Caring Direct are a leading Recruitment and Employment agency providing services across Northern Ireland. We urgently require Health Care Assistants to work for us in Northern Hospital Trusts - Antrim Area Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with daily activities.
• Supporting patients with personal care.
• Communicating with patients.
• Assisting nursing staff when necessary.
• Keeping departments tidy and ensuring equipment is clean.
• Serving meals and helping patients eat.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must have 6 months paid care experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses for the role.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check.
• To work as part of a team.
