Choice is seeking to recruit a Housing Officer (Maternity Cover) to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused Housing Management Service to its customers. The successful applicant may be offered a fixed patch or work across multiple patches as a peripatetic depending on operational requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• CIH Level 4 and 2 years’ relevant housing/ tenancy management experience (as set out in the job description) with a social landlord or local authority.
• OR Degree in any discipline and 2 years’ relevant housing/ tenancy management experience (as set out in the job description) with a social landlord or local authority.
• OR 3 years’ experience as a Housing Officer (or equivalent) within the last 5 years.
• Working knowledge of the rules of the Housing Selection Scheme; to include tenancy management.
