Meat Factory General Operatives required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team ensure work area is clean adhering to health and safety standard
• Measuring, weighing and counting product materials
• Moving or lifting heavy objects up to 30kg
• Loading, unloading or stacking products or materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Sorting manufacturing materials or products
• Recording product, packaging and order information on forms and record

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work as part of a team, work under pressure and do any lifting if required

Desirable Skills

• Be able to demonstrate knife skills and knowledge of boning/slaughter operations is desirable
