Responsibilities
- You trust your knowledge and instincts on booking holidays. While you can take in the customers’ suggestions, do not hesitate to offer experiences that you think will blow them away.
- We take our targets seriously, and we have fun with them. If you’ve got a competitive streak and want those uncapped bonuses that are always up for grabs, your monthly and daily targets will be your guiding lights.
- You will forge long-lasting relationships with our customers, partners and suppliers.
- In this role, you will create and sell incredible holidays around the globe, taking full ownership of your customers’ journeys from the initial enquiry all the way to their warm welcome back.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- You’ve got an understanding of social media and will use it to promote offers, generate sales leads and boost customer engagement.
- Customer service skills.
- You’re a driven team player and you want to achieve your own targets as well as contribute to the growth of the business.
- You have at least 1 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant with exceptional customer service & communication skills.
