Production Operative
Job description
Handling (pork) raw meat food products within a production line environment, cutting, slicing, packing and boing.
Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for food safety and H&S within all areas of work.
- General housekeeping duties.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in various temperature zones.
- Good communication skills.
- High level of manual dexterity.
Desirable Skills
- Experience an advantage but full training is provided.
