Job description

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team. At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• One years’ Senior Supporter experience (paid or voluntary) working with people with an ASC, or LD and associated conditions.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent.
• Minimum QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent Degree level qualification in a related subject.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Be flexible to work on a rota basis that includes job rotation in various services, unsocial hours and weekends.
• NISCC registered or apply to register on appointment.
• A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle to be held for a minimum of one year.
