Job description

The post holder will provide temporary Scheme Coordinator service in Choice sheltered living schemes across Northern Ireland in accordance with Choice objectives and Supporting People contract requirements. The post holder will provide day to day support to tenants and ensure a safe and secure environment in schemes.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• One year’s recent experience providing care/ support
• Demonstrable IT skills
• Good communication skills;

Desirable Skills

• CLAIT or equivalent; Administration; Qualification in Housing or Support/Care
• Recent experience providing care/support to older people who have retired

£26,634 - £31,708 per annum (Pro Rata)
