YWE Installations is seeking a Project Manager to join our Northern Ireland-based business. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge entertainment projects worldwide, including inflataparks, zip coasters, and multi-storey go-kart tracks. Lead and manage installation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate teams on-site, fostering collaboration and efficiency
• Solve complex challenges with innovative problem-solving skills
• Maintain strict attention to detail and uphold safety standards, including working at heights
• Communicate effectively with team members to clients

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in project management or team leadership
• Proficiency with tools, including power tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
• Comfortable working at heights with a focus on safety
• Willingness to learn and adapt on the job
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally for extended periods
• Full, clean driving licence

Desirable Skills

• Forklift license and operational experience
• MEWP operator training certificate
• Experience in site installations, joinery, or steelwork
• Knowledge of entertainment or construction industries
