We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow the online retail operations for our established customer. Our clients business has an existing online presence and e-commerce platform - the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the e-commerce platform, optimising customer experience, driving online sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of all digital retail activities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans, focusing on maximising the presence and performance of the Business.
• Grow, manage and maintain the website to ensure functionality and performance.
• Processing On Line sales orders and advising customers.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Magento.
• Organisational skills.
• Customer driven with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Previous experience managing and maintaining a website.

Desirable Skills

• A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
