Responsibilities
- Analyse and provide recommendations.
- Use knowledge and understanding of health and social care.
- Day to day supervision of Workflow Analyst staff allocated to their assigned modules.
- Provide on-the-job support and guidance to staff on Epic configuration and design to support execution of individual configuration and build deadlines and targets.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A university degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- And demonstrate 3 years’ experience of programming languages, SQL Server Management Studio and scripting languages with an ability to write complex relational SQL queries and complex stored procedures.
- Willingness to undertake training (in the UK and America) for 6 weeks and, within five months of start date, become qualified in at least one Epic application.

Desirable Skills
- Have project management experience in a coordination, or leadership role.
