Organisation Development Practitioner
Job description
Support the Organisation and Workforce Development team in the development, implementation and delivery of the Trust’s Corporate and HR strategies. Coordinate, design and deliver training on core learning programmes.
Responsibilities
- Support the Organisation and Workforce Development team in the development, implementation and delivery of the Trust’s Corporate and HR strategies.
- Coordinate, design and deliver training on core learning programmes.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to managers and staff in relation to learning and development activities and interventions.
- Provide assessment, verification and quality assurance to the Trust’s Leadership and Management Framework.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A university degree or equivalent level qualification
- And have a minimum of 2 years’ experience at Band 5 (or equivalent) in a Human Resources / Organization Development / Learning and Development / Quality Improvement or Service Improvement role.
- OR Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources/ Organization Development/ Learning and Development/ Quality Improvement or Service Improvement role, 2 of which must be at Band 5 (or equivalent).
