Job description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Governance Manager, which would include preparing draft correspondence, reports.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Governance Manager, which would include preparing draft correspondence, reports.
- Maintain diary for the Governance Manager and assist with arranging meetings, training courses, conferences, consultations etc.
- Inputting and quality assuring information on the Patient Safety Database in regards to audits.
- Where appropriate liaising with other departments to support the gathering of information for Directorate Governance reports, annual reports etc.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) to include English Language or equivalent qualifications or higher standard of education AND 1 years administrative / clerical experience.
- Or 3 years administrative / clerical experience.

Desirable Skills
- Experience of using the DATIX database.

Location: Altnagelvin Hospital. Salary: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata
