Job description
To co-ordinate and process a range of correspondence including; patient information, questionnaires, letters to General Practice and referrals in accordance with agreed procedures. To arrange /schedule patient appointments and telephone reviews.
Responsibilities
- To arrange/schedule patient appointments and telephone reviews.
- Receiving, processing & distributing incoming mail and emails.
- Ensure relevant documents including minutes and papers are made available in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft office products including Word and Excel.
- Experience in inputting and extracting information from computer systems.
Desirable Skills
- 1 years’ experience in typing using G2 dictation or word processing.
- 1 years’ Booking experience.
