Rosco Engineering (NI) Ltd is a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering company based in Richhill, County Armagh. We specialise in precision engineering and component manufacture for a range of industries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team.

Responsibilities

• GOODS IN
• Check incoming deliveries against digital order records using our inventory system.
• Label, mark, and accurately record all received materials.
• Restock material racks in an organised and efficient manner.
• Unload and load goods using a forklift truck.
• Prepare raw materials by sawing, cleaning, or repackaging, ready for CNC machine operation.
• GOODS OUT
• Handle high-value manufactured components with care.
• Clean and deburr finished parts before packing.
• Count and package items precisely to ensure accuracy in customer orders.
• Prepare consignments for dispatch, maintaining quality standards.
• GENERAL DUTIES
• Occasionally drive company van for local deliveries or collections.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse, factory, and yard environment.
• Contribute to maintaining company standards and systems.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Forklift driving experience (valid license/certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate counting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy for using the inventory/order system.
• Good timekeeping skills.
• Clean UK driving licence.

Desirable Skills

• Previous warehouse or engineering environment experience.
