Our client, a global leader in the Travel Retail industry is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their team, based in Crumlin. Supervising a team of 6-7 people.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of 6-7 people
• Ensuring good customer service is given at all times
• Encouraging add on sales to meet quarterly targets
• Maintaining stock levels
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store
• Encouraging staff to increase spend per passenger

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Supervisor experience is a customer service role
• Access NI

Further Information

Work Time: 5 days out of 7 Monday to Sunday, must be flexible to work shifts, trading hours 3am - 11pm. Immediate start. Job benefits: Parking provided. Quarterly bonus (if targets are hit).
