Job description

To be part of the Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) Service to pre school children within the Pre School Child Development (PCD) Team, and SLD service. To provide a high level of clinical expertise in the assessment, diagnosis and management of pre school/school aged children with a broad range of speech, language and communication needs associated with severe learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders, developmental language disorders. The post holder will be responsible for the management of pre school/school aged children with a range of speech, language and communication difficulties and/or dysphagia. He/she will have access to specialist speech and language therapists for expert clinical advice, supervision and support.
