This is a full-time remote role for a Workday Integration Consultant. The Workday Integration Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday integration solutions. The role will involve consulting with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing expert advice to optimise their Workday systems. 1 role will be focused on project implementation. 1 role will be in a support model.
Responsibilities
- Building and developing integrations for our customer base.
- Daily tasks include troubleshooting integration issues, building and unit testing integrations conducting thorough testing, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful system operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 3-5 Years experience in Integrations with Workday or other SaaS platforms (SAP. Salesforce, etc)
- Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT, and be knowledgeable in an object oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
- Experience of designing workflows to solve business and technical problems
- Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate, and when to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer
- Strong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation. Sound ability to formally present to senior client audiences
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of Customer demands and commercials
- Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers

- Workday Certification active
- Proficiency in other middleware/ integration platforms
